Kids Activities

This year kids activities will be provided by 2 amazing creative arts groups; Kaleo Kids and Deaf Arts Festival!  Check out the links below to learn more about these fun programs.  Activities are designed for kids of all ages and all communication modes.  Classrooms are supervised by certified teacher consultants of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.  

2020 Kids Program

Kaleo Kids

 Kaleo Kids presents high-energy, fun and challenging performing arts classes.  Elementary students experience personal growth in tandem with one-of-a-kind arts training. Students rotate through music, dance, and drama classes with trained professionals.

Deaf Arts Festival

Spreading awareness of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing arts and performances.  Deaf Arts Festival celebrates the arts by exhibiting diverse, quality visuals and performing arts through the support of the Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing population. 

The Rhythm Within

At the end of the day, families will come together with the Rhythm Within with Jonah Berger! We will spend a little time finding our sound, then it's music and fun as we laugh and play tapping into the Rhythm Within.  

Childcare for ages 0 - 3

Childcare provided on site

We have 2 childcare rooms on-site at our event, and infant room and a toddler room. These classrooms will be supervised by licensed childcare providers, and are located close to the adult conference rooms if you need to check in on your little ones.

meals

Due to the broad variety of needs and appetites of infants and toddlers, we ask that you provide the meals for your small child for the day.  Please pack enough milk or formula, snacks, and a bag lunch for your young child. There will be a cooler available for storing bottles and lunches.

What to bring

  • For Infants - Bottles with enough milk or formula for the day
  • Lunch and Snacks
  • Diapers
  • Change of Clothes
  • Favorite blanket or comfort item for nap time (Nap mats will be available on site, as well as a few Pack-n-Plays.)
  • Sippy Cups
  • Please label all items with your child's name
